Electronic Card for Large Group

My temporary support staff is leaving next week - and I need an on-line electronic card, or other program, where 70+ volunteers can send a note of thanks.
This staff did a great job and I have been in denial that she is leaving next week!. It's too late to get the 70+ volunteers that she worked with to sign a thankyou card - but I was wondering if there was any "group" electronic card - or other program, where each volunteer could log in to and leave a goodbye/appreciation note?. And of course - it has to be free!.
