Can someone recommend a great therapist in the Berkeley / Oakland area?
I haven't seen one in almost a year and have accumulated enough issues (low self-esteem, anxieties and insecurities that I need to address). Thanks very much.

I can recommend the Bay Area Center for Cognitive Therapy.
