Looking for a functional and fashionable foldover bag

For about a year or so I've been on the hunt for the perfect foldover bag. Please help me find it. Specific requirements inside the post.
A foldover bag is a bag that has a strap midway down the bag body and another strap/handles at the top of the bag body. Basically, it can be a small bag when folded over and it can be a big bag, if needed. I would probably order this online and have it delivered in the UK – I really want some recommendations so that I can purchase the bag and not have to return it, which I loathe doing. The perfect bag would:
a) have a repositional strap like this bag (YES), rather than bulky handles like this bag (NO).
b) fit a small mac laptop AND possibly a change of clothes (when the bag is expanded). Lucky Brand makes good ones (Abbey Road), but they're too small.
c) have a bottom to it, rather than just seam at the bottom (so it can fit stuff).
c) be high quality but NOT shiny
d) be under $250/£150
e) be simple, classic, understated in its design. Bold colors are more than fine though.
Christopher Kon makes some gorgeous ones, but I'd really like to hear from somebody who actually has one or has seen it in person. Do you have a foldover bag? Which one do you have? Do you love it? Could you use it as an overnight bag, with a laptop? Thanks!

This bag is gorgeous but the price is outrageous (yes, all three bags are the same bag folded in different ways).

Oops, click "images" to see what I meant by all 3 bags.

There's this one called a Foldover Weekender, and comes in two colours. For leather this one has a seam bottom, but looks fairly large.

Oh right, sorry, I don't own either of these.

FWIW these are all over Etsy. Any highly rated bag maker who offers foldovers and does custom specifications can make you one that will hold your laptop and whatever else you need.
