Name that film -- in isolation

Name that movie filter: Parents have decided to raise their children (at least 2 daughters, maybe a son) in total isolation from the modern world. It's a fairly dark tale, I heard it reviewed on NPR sometime this year, but can't remember the title. Anyone?

BTW: it's on Netflix Instant now, and I cannot recommend it highly enough - I saw it in NYC the week it came out and I've thought of it a lot since then. Profoundly weird, deeply disturbing, yet NOT in a "oooh, look at what a naughty little provocateur I am!" way.
