Sharp AR-M620 driver install no longer works (XP)

Sharp AR-M620 driver no longer installs on windows XP, it used to!! Now, no printer shows up at all. Any idea why this is happening?
On this machine the driver previously installed without a problem, last week I reformatted and re-installed all the software. I ran the installation it found the networked copier (as usual) and said everything went fine. When I go to control panel, the printer is not there under printers. Any idea what could be the issue?
