Looking for EMT job in Atlanta and having a difficult time. Found this website that does require $$ - anyone use this service?

Ihiremedtechs is a sub-site/service of Ihire.com. It's, basically, a service that scours public job postings for you. I suppose you could say it's "legit". Worth your money? I don't think so. YMMV.
