Powerbook mouse enhancer?

I want more buttons, dammit. [more clicking inside]
I checked versiontracker and googled. I would like my Powerbook trackpad to act like a two button mouse. It can tell when I tap it, why not tell which side? Anyone see this out there? How hard would this be to program? I understand the use of the ctrl key.

Response by poster: Wow. I suck at the internets.
Thanks!

The current gold standard of any Powerbook mousing application is SideTrack by Raging Menace software (they make other cool Mac utils, so check it out).
I'm sure that if you paid for a copy (it's shareware), that he'd consider adding support for what you seek (if it's not already in the works already).

Best answer: iScroll2 is what you're looking for. I've been using it a couple months on an older 12" Powerbook, and it rocks. It's even better than the built in two-finger scroll of the latest PBs (been fooling around with someone's new 17 inch the last few days).
You can enable right click via clicking with two fingers on the pad. Program's free, and the developer is constantly tweaking/improving it.

There's no chance in hell there's an OS9 version out there, huh?
(goddamnit, I need to upgrade.)

Unfortunately no, Katemonkey. Sorry about that.
