Did anyone cover Luna's song Lost in Space?

Did anyone cover Luna's Lost in Space? Asking for my husband: He swears he heard a cover of Luna's Lost in Space somewhere. Maybe Pandora, maybe a car commercial, maybe the radio- he really doesn't remember, but it's driving him crazy.

Wrench-in-the-works: He says he could have heard this cover any time between 1995 and now- the first time he heard the song it was by this mysterious other band- he didn't know it was a Luna song until recently.


Did another band cover and release Luna's Lost in Space, and if so, who?

this sounded familiar to me when i read it this weekend. i've spent the past couple days doing some extensive searching of my collection and all of my usual online sources but everything keeps coming up empty. sorry!
