Austin Tx carpal tunnel specialists?

Looking for recommendations in Austin, TX for diagnosis and treatment of carpal tunnel symptoms.
I've been having a lot of wrist, hand, and arm pain, discomfort, tingling and occasional numbness as a result of working on a computer every day. (I've had an ergonomic consultant come by my cube, and they did change my desk set-up but there was no significant improvement.)
Can anyone recommend a specialist (I have insurance) in Austin? I tried to book an appointment with an orthopedic, but they wanted either a worker's comp form or a form from my employer stating the issue was not work-related. I want someone to consult and diagnose my problem without jumping through work hoops first. Will that be possible?

Check out some books by Dr. Sarno first. I had > 2 years wrist pain. I am a software developer and piano player. Gone after 2 weeks. Obviously YMMV, but worth a look.
