Where to get good phone lists for polling?

I've recently designed an opinion poll for my organization and would like to supply my own phone number list to the pollster to reduce costs. Does anyone know the best source of affordable, quality, phone lists for this purpose?

Are you doing a dual frame or single frame study?

Response by poster: I should also note we are leaning toward only sampling landlines at the moment, but again, cell phone samples are not out the question, depending on cost.
