What is this warehouse in LA?

What is the warehouse in Los Angeles at W Bluff Creek Drive and S Campus Center Drive near Playa Vista?

Here's the satellite view/map. I'm talking about the building on the northwest corner of the Bluff Creek/Campus Center intersection.

Just guessing because I used to work in that neighborhood -- aren't those parts of the old Hughes Aircraft campus that are now soundstages? I think that's where they shot a lot of Avatar. (Or maybe all of it.)
