Help me choose a network equipment reseller (sf area)

I'll have to redo the network infrastructure for a platform soon, but it's in US, San Francisco and I don't know the local market.
What I'm looking for is a reseller who can help me choose the right equipment for my needs and budget, considering:
- I'm looking at Cisco, HP, Juniper. Reseller should not be linked with a brand
- I will need at least 16 48-ports switches, budget will be somewhere between $50k and $100k
- Reseller should be able to give advices and suggestions on the platform architecture.
- The reseller should figure out with us what manufacturer and specific models would be the best solution, considering budget.
I contacted SHI (shi.com) for now, but I was wondering what my options are, would you recommend another one in SF?

For the record: I am a network engineer.
Qwest is a good reseller out west. That's who we use regularly. Hell, PM me and I can help you get your requirements set out so you don't waste of lot of time with your reseller trying to sell you something more expensive than you need.
