How can I download a large batch of videos from a site?

I want to download all of the videos of the Blogotheque's "Take-Away Shows". Is there an easy way to do this?

I have the Download Helper extension on Firefox, but I'd like to avoid visiting each video and clicking to download it.

I have tried messing around with wget, but I'm afraid I just don't get how to use it in this case. If that's the best tool to use, can you spell it out on a basic level for a noob like me? Thanks.

(I'm not sure I need to add this, but, in case anyone is wondering, these videos would be for my own personal amusement. I would just like them available when I'm not connected to the internet.)

They're also available for easy download on their respective vimeo pages, but that requires single visits, too. They used to have an itunes video podcast running, but it looks defunct; and running vimeo's rss of their channel through feedburner doesn't get around the moogaloop.swf that vimeo coats their mp4's in, otherwise that would have been a good video podcast substitute. (Maybe some fiddling with feedburner settings might do the trick...)

Not geek enough to go beyond this - sorry.
