Do you know a good beginner meditation class in Edinburgh?

I'm looking to buy/book a good beginners meditation class for a friend in Edinburgh (Scotland). Starting ASAP - wonder if anyone here knows/attends one they could recommend?

Wanting something that's non-buddhist focused (no issue with buddhism but would prefer no religious slant at all), and ideal for a beginner.

Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks!

Best answer: I did a one day course here, which, despite it being a Buddhist centre, was not at all religious, and enjoyed it.
