Ovarian Cyst Woes

Female help, please. Ruptured ovarian cyst almost two weeks ago.... now having pelvic pain specifically early in the morning. Not pregnant. Was put on Nuvaring.
In the last month and a half, I've had kidney stone surgery and didn't recover well but my urologist checked everything out (even pregnancy blood test) and said I was fine and gave me some antibiotics.
Fast-forward three-four weeks later, I ended back up in the ER with a ruptured ovarian cyst. It felt like someone was stabbing me. The doctor said I also had about three or four on the other side. Again, antibiotics and to follow up with the ob-gyn.
I don't have insurance, so I went to Planned Parenthood ($150!) She didn't examine me because of the cyst rupture the day before but gave the NuvaRing.
I am still (two weeks later, one day off antibiotics) waking up early in the morning with lower abdominal aching (bladder?), bloating (as I've had for 6 months) and a bit of nausea. Some times when urinating I will get cramps where the cyst was. But no aching or pain throughout the day. This goes away after an hour or so. I am also constipated despite stool softeners, high fiber diet and drinking only water. No burning when urinating.
Wondering if anyone else has had a large ovarian chat rupture and if you still had symptoms two weeks after.
Or if anyone has had any of these symptoms.
Or if the Nuvaring could cause this same pain/ache.
I have a doctors appointment next week but have to push it ahead again because we are having financial issues due to my time off of work and medical bills.

Can you go to an urgent care? Or call a nurse at PP again?

Best answer: I was badly constipated after childbirth, and it was agony. Sheer unremitting agony. All the symptoms you describe could be from the constipation. The reason you get pain on urination is that as your bladder drains, it causes the bowel to shift, which is painful if you're badly backed up. Try drinking a LOT of water, like a gallon, and doing some lunges or light yoga, to see if you can get things moving; if that doesn't work, those glycerin suppositories are awful but really, really help. If you're still having pain after the constipation resolves, I'd definitely call your doctor.

Best answer: I was diagnosed with endometriosis (by diagnostic laparoscopic surgery) after having severe, unidentified pain after an ovarian cyst rupture this past January. Although your situation is rather different from mine (in regards to the kidney surgery and my pain increased throughout the day), you may want to look into this, as I've found it can be a chronic, sort of "background" condition that can become more pronounced (and painful) after a cyst ruptures.
My doctor did not put me on the Nuvaring because it is such a low, directed dose of hormones. She prescribes Seasonique (or another oral bc) to control the cysts.
Good luck! It is notoriously difficult to identify the cause of abdominal pain. In the meantime I recommend a good electric heating pad.

If you are employed but uninsured, you may be able to get care for free or reduced cost from organizations such as Volunteers In Medicine. Typically exams are covered, some medical tests are as well. They may be able to help you sort things out. Good luck!

Best answer: I was also thinking endometriosis like Irrosa says, which can manifest in the symptoms of persistent pain around the bladder and bowel. It's kinda close to other surgery to make that diagnosis until you recover from this recent bout of intervention. But, as an endo sufferer, I recommend that you definitely keep listening to your body.
