Involuntary desalination

Anyone know where I can buy a refill for my Montosco salt grinder in NYC?
My corner bodega was selling Montosco seasonings (salt, pepper, various others) with built-in grinders, as well as the refills, for a long time. But at some point they stopped carrying them. Now I need more salt!
The few places I've found that sell these products online don't ship to the US, or are wholesalers.
I have to believe that somewhere in NYC there's a store that carries these products.

Response by poster: I rarely see the actual bodega owner -- mostly I see clueless junior employees. In both cases, there are language issues. But I may give that a try at some point anyway.
But I was hoping that someone might have seen this product for sale at one of the zillions of gourmet/specialty/upscale groceries or food stores in the city.

If you just want Salt (new window), try these guys, unless there is something special about Montosco's that you just cant live without.

Response by poster: kanemano: What I'm looking for is a refill for my existing grinder. I have a whole set of Montosco grinders (salt, pepper, a couple of other spices).

but it's just salt, chunky particles of Sodium Chloride, just like any peppercorn will fit in your pepper grinder. I don't get why this brand has a hold over you, if you can get the top off the grinder you can fill it with salt

Response by poster: kanemano: The receptacle in which the salt goes actually broke. So I need the whole bottom half.
cazoo: Thanks. But no Montosco products are mentioned on their site.

Response by poster: kanemano: Thanks for the detective work! If no one can help me find a local retail outlet, I'll call them.

Was going to suggest Kalustyan's as well... they may not have the brand you want, but damned if they don't have every spice under the sun - they may have something similar enough.
