Where do I go to sell custom designed notepads?

Where can I go to sell custom notepads?

I know that CafePress, Spreadshirt, and Threadless can do custom designed shirts, but what about notepads? CafePress seems to offer journals, but nothing in the way of tear-off notepads. Is there anything I can do besides order a box myself and handle shipping and delivery?

I did this through snapfish. They are geared primarily for photographs, but you could just upload a self-made graphic instead.

If you find a place, let me know! I have scoured the Internet because I would like to sell notepads too and haven't found a place that will make and drop ship them. It seems like I would have to go with a local promo company or VistaPrint and handle the selling myself.
