I'm not from Australia, but I don't know of any internet that is pre-paid and wifi. Normally you use ordinary internet and hook it up to a router. Might you be thinking of 3g/4g internet? Either way, could you clarify your question?

Whirlpool's Broadband Choice tool allows you to set a bunch of parameters to find the best plan for your needs, including Wireless (if that's what you mean by WiFi in this context).

Otherwise, yes, please clarify and people may be able to help you further.

Unwired has pre-paid. I don't know of anyone else who does.

I had 3 prepaid .http://www.three.com.au i think vodaphone bought them out) used to work ok, speed ok not great, but then it would go on the blink for weeks. pretty cheap, 4 gig for 50...they also have a pocket wi-fi thing
Telstra prepaid, though exxie (expensive) ...4 gig for 60 bucks is reliable and fast.
prepaid mobile internet wireless is the technical term i think.

here's a site that compares wireless prepaid options in Australia. It does depend on where you are located though, you need to be near mobile phone towers I think so extreme inland or desert might be a prob

I think prepaid are all rip offs.
You should really consider post paid..even though it is bit expensive.
I always found prepaid to be a ripoff in phone, internet or 3g etc
