Finding Missing Spaniards

My small work-group is attempting to find a missing client in Spain. We have a moderate sum of this guy's money, but he moved without alerting him alerting us of his new contact information. Is there a free way to track down a person internationally (in Spain specifically)?

The Reverse Phone Book and Switchboard.com options don't seem to be working. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is your client Spanish, or just living in Spain? If the latter, perhaps a call to the embassy or consulate? If the former, maybe a government agency (think Spanish equivalent of IRS or police) might have more info.

Response by poster: He is actually Spanish. And we are not in any way usually associated with Spain. This guy became a client and had a residence in Spain. He then moved. We still have a fairly significant bit of his money (enough to buy a car, but not enoguh to buy a house).

Oddly enough he shares the same name with a semi-famous soccer (football) player for his country. So every google search is filled with references to this guy. Not that this has stopped me from exploring most of them on the odd chance that they are the same person.
