Discreet bar in PDX

PDXfilter: Can anyone suggest a bar in Portland, Oregon (far west part of downtown) for a discreet meeting?
Let's say one wanted to reduce one's chances of being seen participating in this meeting. Weekday evening around 9 p.m. Bonus: dark, booths, serves hard booze, walkable within 10 minutes from NW 23rd and Burnside. Muu Muu's is all I have so far (tall booths) but I haven't been to many places around there. Curious about Ringside Steakhouse, especially post-renovation. Still dark etc.?

The Driftwood Room (at the former The Mallory Hotel) is where I'd go for a clandestine affair.

Tony's on 19th and west Burnside. You won't be the only person doing something sketch there.

Seconding Tony's. It's dark and the clientele is normally a handful of geriatric regulars, even when the nearby bars are busy. It's cash only, FYI.

Don't plan on hanging out at any bars near JWF tonight if you want to reduce the amount possible eyeballs. #rctid
