Zombie sewer movie

What's this zombie movie?

Ok, so I only caught a few minutes of this movie because the power went out shortly after! It was on Showcase on Sunday night around 9 pm (in Toronto). There were 2 men walking around in a sewer, with lots of goopy black stuff on the walls/ceiling. They're being chased by zombies (well they looked like zombies) who were yellow. It also flashed back to a scene in a graveyard with a guy being overtaken by a bunch of zombies.

It was so terrible that I'd like to find the name of it!

The preview has some zombielike things in a sewer at the end.

Could it be C.H.U.D.? They're not exactly zombies but they live in the sewers and the movie is pretty bad (but also pretty awesome).

It might be Tobe Hooper's Mortuary, which made me sad as hell and wondering what the fuck happened with this guy in the last years that he's making such unredeemable piles of crap. Yes, it was that bad for me.
