Help me remember the title of a movie

Help me remember/identify a movie, based on a very small fragment. All I remember is a scene where one of the characters gets so angry at somebody he is talking to on the phone that he starts running and I think the next scene he arrives at where the (I think) tele markets is at and beats the crap out him/her.

Yes its not a lo to go on I realize, but I remember watching it, and I think it was a movie, might have been a tv show, but I think it was a movie.

If I remember correctly the guy still has phone in his hand when he arrives.
