Where is my iPhone video after a synch?

After a synch, how do I find an iPhone 4 video on my desktop pc (Windows 7)?

This is embarrassing, but I'm defeated. I know people upload their phone vids to youtube et al all the time, but I can't figure it out.

Specifically, I want to upload a video I took with my phone to Facebook. But I can't find the video to upload.

Thanks in advance!

Best answer: The way I do it is opening up a new Explorer window (WindowKey + E) and right clicking on the iPhone icon and saying "Import pictures and video." This puts it all into your Pictures / Videos folder, instead of iTunes.

When synching, iTunes does not copy over your photos or video, so no need to worry that you're using extra hard drive space with video you can't find. :) You need to use a third-party program as jeffamaphone describes. (Which I think is ridiciulous.)
