How do you evaluate a transitional care/rehab facility? What things do we need to ask about? Any recommendations in the Twin Cities?
Mrs. Advicepig's Grampa just had a double bypass at 91! Surgery was on Friday and he's doing amazingly well. It looks like he'll be out of the hospital soon, so now we're looking at transitional care/rehab facilities. What do we ask? How do we choose? Know of any in the Twin Cities?
