I'm looking for a short film I saw in a computing class about 10 or 15 years ago. It was set in the "close future" demonstrating the use of computer technology by a disaster recovery team after an earthquake in California. Notably, all the computers and devices like printers were wireless.
I think it was set in 2010, and was a serious attempt to describe what computers and stuff would be like by then. Possibly it was made-for-tv? I'm wanting to see it again, and see how accurate (or not) it turned out.

Response by poster: Sorry, that's not it. It was definitely following a civilian agency.
