Billionaire who made his money with cartoon soundtracks?

I vaguely remember of reading about a billionaire who got started making his fortune by licensing sound tracks for animated cartoons.

Don't remember if I read the profile on business magazine like Forbes or periodical like New Yorker.

Any idea who this might be?
