Choking Victim No Gods No Managers Voice Over

It is a very simple question. Can anyone identify the speaker in the beginning and during some of the songs on Choking Victim's album No Gods No Managers? I have no info on him, and I really enjoy some of the points made and would like to know who it is.

I'm pretty sure it's Michael Parenti.
