Saturday Night At The Movies AMC Trailer

ObscureVideoTrailerFilter: More than a decade ago (probably 1998/1999) I remember a trailer that would play before movies at AMC theaters in honor of some kind of AMC anniversary. The background song was The Drifters, Saturday Night At The Movies. It showed a few movie clips from various flicks throughout the years... Help me find the clip!

The song was the most distinctive. It wasn't the Drifter's singing, it was a remake. The clip is probably 1-2 minutes long.

I wrote AMC about it and they didn't respond.

Does anyone else remember this?

I remember it. It began with Albert Finney as Daddy Warbucks saying, "Let's all go to the movies!" from "Annie".

Unfortunately, I can't find it online either, but I hope that added detail jogs someone else's memory.

Response by poster: Yes! I remember Daddy Warbucks at the beginning...

Oh, I hope we can find it.

I don't know where to find it, but I worked at AMC at the time and remember the clip. If I remember correctly, it had something to do with the AFI (American Film Institute's) recently released Top 100 Movies of All Time list. Or something very similar to that. AFI definitely sticks out in my mind.
