female iphone to male USB cable

I have a Dice iPhone kit in my car, and a Mophie juice pack for my 3G. I want to hook the iPhone to the Dice adapter in the car w/o removing the juice pack. For this I need a female iPhone-to-male USB cable. Can't find one through the Google- any leads?

There's the dockStubz by CableJive. It's a female to male iPhone/iPod pass through/charging adapter with a female miniUSB port in the side to connect to something else. Might it help with some additional cable combo?
