I'd like to better understand the DREAM act.bet

Short and sweet: where can I find thoughtful and clear pro and con arguments about the Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors (DREAM) Act? I'm trying to understand both the act itself, and the political, social and economic impact of passing or not passing this into law, but much of what I've read feels slanted.

I'm looking for documents like this one by the migration policy institute:

It clearly states the issue and considers the impact of instituting the DREAM act, with out the hyperbole.

Are there any other think tanks or other entities that have some well written analysis, based on data, on the subject?

The second link that dealing away posted is from the NILC, which is not exactly an unbiased group.
