InDesign Template Help

I'm working on transitioning our agency newsletter from Quark to InDesign (CS5), and I'm looking for some good magazine templates as a creative starting point.

I'd prefer free ones, but I'm willing to pay if I find something ideal. I'm looking for something that's 8.5 x 11 and has 12 pages including front and back cover. I've tried Adobe's site, and also designfreebies.org. Does anyone know of any good template sites?

A bit more info might be helpful. Are you just looking for a blank preconfigured file with size, margins, color management, etc. all set up? Or are you looking for a pre-made layout?
