Reliable, easy-to-use upload script

Does anyone know of a reliable, easy-to-use upload script that can be used for business purposes?

I'm looking for an upload script that is easy to install and configure, which has a progress bar, a cancel button, which can be used for large files, which is in perl or php, and which has some login security. I should also be able to customize the look and feel by at least adding the company logo.

Basically, my clients should be able to log-in, upload files and download only the files which apply to them.

I haven't yet found anything through Google that fits all of those needs, and when I have, either the trials didn't work properly, the live demo didn't work properly, or it was missing some of the features I require. A lot of them are made to share videos or images, which is not what I need.

I'm hoping someone who has used one of these can help. Thanks!

Love me some lifehacker.com. If you're looking to do this without having your own server, try Dropbox.

Response by poster: I should have specified that actually do have my own server. Thanks for the links, but dropbox doesn't look robust enough in terms of what I need.

I've had pretty good results with FileChucker.

Boring obvious answer: What about a FileZilla sftp server? If you don't want your remote folks having to install software you could use a web based ftp client? here's some suggestions.
