Recommend me some video editing software for a simple text and graphics video for You Tube?

I need some video editing software to produce a simple video of text, photos and soundtrack for You Tube.

Want to a video with just text, some pictures and soundtrack for YouTube. What is the best software for this? I have a Mac and PC.

Most of the pictures will be from stock photography sites. Most of the music will be from freeplaymusic.com. But I need some software to "pull this all together" to create a neat 4-5 minute video?

All recommendations welcome.

iMovie is very easy to use, and chances are you already own it.

iMovie (Mac) and Windows Movie Maker (PC) are both more than adequate to the task you describe and come bundled as part of their respective OSes.

If you're running Windows Vista or 7 you'll need Windows Live Movie Maker.
