Voice chat software?

Does anyone have recommendations as to voice chat software for a forum? We'd ideally like to have a regulated chat room in vbulletin where one person has voice control (for a lesson type environment), but standalone software could work too (except paltalk). Ability to control who can enter the chat is a must.

Ventrilo might be what you're looking for, although I've never adminned one so I'm unsure how easy it is to control others' access to voice communication.

Ventrilo and Teamspeak (designed for online gaming) both offer a wealth of administrative capabilties, including password protection to access the chat and multiple "channels" within the chat. The interface is very straightforward and simple to use.
