Full-size YouTube vids in the RSS feed of my blog?

How can I make YouTube videos on my Wordpress.com blog appear full-size in Google Reader?
I have a blog hosted by Wordpress.com, because I am lame and not technical and like things that come in a tidy single package. I frequently post embedded YouTube videos, which look like normal embeds on the blog itself but for some reason are shrunk down to a tiny, non-playable square on Google Reader.
I've noticed that friends with Blogspot or Blogger blogs don't seem to have this problem. Is this just an irremediable problem with Wordpress.com, or is there a fix I'm not seeing?

Response by poster: Wordpress automatically rewrites the YouTube embed code into its own "youtube" object. It looks like this:
[youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HY3OTx4OO4k&fs=1&hl=en_US]
I think Wordpress.com only allows a few trusted sites, like YouTube, to embed code in its blogs, and it always rewrites the code into its own format.

Response by poster: So I guess, to clarify, my question is, does anybody know of anything I can do on the WordPress end to get Google Reader to understand that code as "Show this YouTube video"? Or am I just stuck with forcing people to click over to my site to see the video?

button), do you have this problem? If you are, then wordpress.com is rewriting that embed code, or your feedreader is rewriting the embed code.If you're using the shortcode for YouTube videos, then you are at the whim of how WordPress.com renders that shortcode.
