Can this mystery painting be found?

Looking for the name and artist of a particular painting I have vague recollections of.
Someone on a forum I sometimes frequent had this lovely avatar of a painting that I'm now kicking myself for not asking about, since apparently the person changed it. This is what I can remember:
It looks like an oil on canvas (though I could be wrong as art buff I am not.)
It's a plump woman or girl holding a book. I think she was wearing a blue dress and had her hair tied back.
Unless the avatar was Photoshopped, the background was very dark, possibly even pure black.
Era-wise, it seems to be from the Renaissance at the earliest, 18th century at the latest.
Any ideas as to what this painting is? TIA

Is it Young Maiden Reading a Book? Not that I would call her plump but perhaps she looks plump in a 100 x 100 avatar.

Another possibility (the avatar user may have shopped the background): Woman Reading a Book by Corot.

Could you PM the avatar user through the forum to find out from them?

Response by poster: So far it's not any of the one's mentioned.
Other details: Her eyes are looking up and to the right, while her head is angled left. And the book is closed, with a thick, brownish cover.
@essexjean: I don't remember the person on the forum who had the avatar. :/

Recap (noting that any of these details could be photoshopped): A plump woman or girl is holding a book. The book has a brown cover, it's closed and she's not looking at it. She's looking up, and in the opposite direction from which her head is turned....? The background is very dark or solid black, her hair might be pulled back, and her dress might be blue.
Is she sitting?

I'll toss this one into the mix even though she's looking in the same direction that her head is turned. St. Catherine of Alexandria by Gentileshchi.

Portrait of a Girl with a Book by Pietro Antonio Rotari? Brown cover check, head and gaze as you specify. Book open however.

Response by poster: @iconomy - it's hard to recall if she's sitting or standing since it's from the waist up.
@KogeLiz - not huge, but big by today's standards, and I think the hair is a medium brown.

Response by poster: Found the image! My memory didn't serve me correctly as she's not holding a book.
