Non-U.S. Politics

Are there political weblogs that do not discuss only U.S. politics?
This thread got me thinking about what people in other countries think of our soldiers, which got me thinking about foreign politics. So, I am wondering what good weblog sources there are for foreign politics.
I ask specifically about weblogs because I want the opinions of so-called "real people;" foreign newspapers are easy enough to find online, likewise stuff from think tanks.
I guess what I'm asking is, is there a foreign (European or otherwise) equivalent of DailyKos, or of RedState?

I know a guy who used to write one, then he took a job in the government, got a security clearance as he'd be dealing with classified material, and thus no-longer has the freedom to put his analyses online any more...
So, yes, good non-US political blogs are definitely out there, but I don't have any to point to right now :)

Viewropa is sort of a European spinoff of Metafilter. It's not about politics, specifically, but it's as on topic there as it is here.
