San Francisco physical therapist?

Good physical therapist in San Francisco - especially for frozen shoulder?

Asking for a friend, who's had frozen shoulder in the past and now, a few years later, is experiencing similar pain in the other arm. Probably looking for just 1-2 appointments to get some good tips and stretching/exercise recommendations. Sliding scale and/or takes Blue Cross would be a plus.

In the city is definitely best, but if you have a good recommendation outside the city, I'd love to hear it.

Thanks!

I recommend Jim Donak as one of the best folks I've ever met - especially for long term exercises to prevent reinjury.

Stan Nakahara at the Athletic Training Clinic in Berkeley does trigger point and has worked on a lot of cases of frozen shoulder. He'll also give a lot of exercises to keep shoulder problems from coming back. (Trigger point hurts like hell but is pretty quick.)

Response by poster: These are great - thank you so much!

If I hear anything back from my friend, I'll post a followup.
