House rental in Ptown?

I want to rent a house in Provincetown next summer.

Has anyone done this? I'm looking for suggestion on realtor, website or location.

Also, how far in advance do I need to do this for a weekly summer rental?

I use homeaway.com and vrbo.com when I want to rent cabins/chalets/houses/cottages.

For PTown, and a weekly rental, you may be able to book at anytime, really. but if you're picky - you may need some time to find a place you would like - and make sure it's available. But usually there's always something available.
