Best answer: You can sign up for any webmail service on the face of the Earth without providing a current email address. If they ask for one you can leave it blank; they are only asking because if you want to recover a lost password they need somewhere to send the recovery message, but that's strictly optional.

If it is absolutely required that you enter a current email address, you could just type in gibberish.

Once you have one Gmail account you have the option to "create" throwaways. Just put a . in the primary address, it doesn't matter where.
randomguy@gmail.com, random.guy@gmail.com, rand.omguy@gmail.com are all the same, but can be filtered on the receiving end.

Not enough to pass some form-checking - make it email gibberish, for example a@b.com - be sure to include an @ somewhere in the string.

You can also add a plus sign to the end, which will be ignored along with anything after it, but can also be filtered
randomguy+mefi@gmail.com
randomguy+spamharvest@gmail.com
randomguy+throwaway@gmail.com
