Fictionial Book about Cutters

Author Name :Female Writer 2006 story about female reporter going back to her home town to due to a story. She is a recovering cutter (someone who carves into themselves) who discovers that her little sister is the murderer. The little sister ends up keeping a collection of teeth of her victims in her dollhouse. I am trying to find not only the author name but the title of the book. Thank you.
