Good Toronto location for meet ups?

Recommend a good location in Toronto for an IT professionals meet up? I am thinking drinks, pizza/snacks and space for around 20 people.

Other requirements around this space:
- needs some light, as we plan to live stream our meet up
- tables & chairs so people can sit and take notes. I don't want this to be a walk-around group.
- downtown location: somewhere north of Front/East of Spadina/South of Bloor/West of Church.

Anyone have any good recos or connections?

Do you have a budget? Since it's summer, I'd look into U of T or Ryerson facilities - I bet they'd be super easy to book (and probably at a discount rate).

Oakham House, the Ryerson Student Centre, is the facility used by a non-profit org I'm involved with for its annual conference.

It's a bit west of Spadina, but the Linux Cafe on Harbord seems exactly like what you are looking for.
