Oversized print-on-demand

Which print on demand publisher should I go to print a small run of oversized (over letter sized) magazines/books?

There are other things I want, too: matte paper, perfect bound, low cost, etc. But lets start with oversized... Thanks!

Consider IBT or Edwards Brothers. What you're looking for is frequently referred to as a short run digital printing (SRDP) rather than true POD. They both do an excellent job at it and offer a lot of options. They are also both very good at color.
