What are the best resources to keep up with the latest in information security vulnerabilities and trends? Something with a serious technical bent and a high signal-to-noise ratio would be really nice... basically, what's the infosec underground look like these days?
I'm an IT security wonk who's lately had his head in the corporate compliance world, and is now lost about where to regain his chops. Where do black/grey hats publish information about their latest 0-days? Does anyone still use IRC for discussing the latest elite hacks? Is the SNR of Bugtraq worth revisiting? What mailing lists exist any more since the forum-bound diaspora? Where can I go to show off my latest sploits? Help me stop being a square!

Hmm... not really "underground", and much more white than black, but I find the SANS ISC diary to be quite informative.
