Erecting a small guyed radio tower?

I'm looking for online reference sites with guides for the erection of a small guyed radio tower. This is the type that might be used by a highly enthusiastic Ham radio operator in North America.

Before anyone asks, I'm in a sketchy third world location and probably the closest thing (education-wise) to a P.Eng that is available here. We're not able to contract this out or to hire a "engineer" to build it. I've done self supported tower installation before, including the concrete foundation work. I'm looking for some reliable references on measuring guy wire tension, the distance of guy wire anchors relative to the height of the tower, etc.

The ARRL has some archives on this subject here, more here with plans/photos and so on.

This article looks like a good jumping off place as well, esp. number 6.
