Navigation hack on WDTV?

Movie navigation hack on WDTV? I have a WDTV HD media player (not the more recent WDTV Live) and would like to know if there is a firmware hack that will allow faster navigation through a movie, ie skip forward or backward a defined amount of time with a button press. There is a hack called Enlightenment v2 for the newer WDTV Live that seems to offer that feature. Would it work to flash that firmware onto my earlier model WDTV HD?
Best answer: Here's the wiki page for custom firmware on the WDTV.

The only thing that has helped me with navigation is using smaller storage devices. My 1TB drive was so slow, when I watch a movie off of my 8gb flash drive it zips along PERFECTLY.
