I had a PowerBook G4, now I have a MacBook Pro. How do I get my old GarageBand files to open in the updated version of GarageBand?

I got my old files onto my new computer, but nothing happens when I open them. How do I get this to work?

What version of OSX/GarageBand were you using on the PowerBook? I recently moved from a G5 running 10.3.9 to an iMac running Snow Leopard and my old GarageBand tracks open and play just fine.

Response by poster: I was using the version that came with the PowerBook. I'm not sure which version, but seeing as how my laptop was from 2004 it was a very early version.
