Broke my Kartell stool. I would like to fix it.

Broke my Kartell stool, both lids fell off

My Kartell stool fell off my couch while I was cleaning my apt. Both tops fell off. It seems I could attach them back, but I'm failing.

Has anyone ever reattached these? I am placing the bottom lid where it goes and have tried to play with it, but it won't help. Also it seems they were never glued.

Glue that works on polycarbonate.
