Audition space in L.A.?

Where can I hold auditions on the L.A. Eastside?

I need a room to hold auditions for two short films.

Requirements:
1) Decently clean and non-threatening.
2) I can rent it for a whole weekend day.

Nice-to-have:
1) waiting area so people who are up next don't have to wait outside
2) in Silver Lake or nearby
3) I cant rent it for less than $50 a day. Free would be totally ideal of course.

Anyplace is fine if it meets these requirements: Church rec room, theatre, shared office space, whatever.

Best answer: Ok I did some more googling and made a reservation with this place. They go as low as $10 an hour, for anyone's future reference.
