Making text anchors within a PDF to another part of the PDF?

On the first page of a PDF, there are references to pages included at the end of the document. I'm sure there is a way to make a link on the first page that will take you to another page in the PDF but I can't flippin' figure it out. I'm ripping my hair out.
Note, you need Pro (not just the free reader) to do this.

Response by poster: Jeez, I knew it was going to be something simple like this. I was using the search term anchor this and anchor that. No wonder it didn't come up.

If you are using Reader, it will have a set of arrow icons, one of which will take you to the last page of the document.
